ACTUALITES / They were the first, 6th June 1944

A 52 minute film from Jean-Michel VECCHIET and produce by PRISMEDIA entitled "They were the first, 6th June 1944" is to be broadcast by the national French TV company "France 5" on 19th May at 22hrs and on Belgian RTBF TV on 5 June at 22.00 hrs.
Incorporating archive material, the story of the early hours of D-Day is recounted by the last surviving members of the 6th Airborne Division.

The Première of the film was shown at the Club Etoile on the Avenue des Champs Elysée on the evening of May 2nd.
